Miracle Worker: Deep Sea Cosmetics

Who would have ever thought that products from the deep sea could benefit us so much and that even Cleopatra was a fan? Gloss48 is one of my favorite places to find all my beauty necessities and launches new, indie beauty daily. For the first seven days that products are on the site, they offer a promotional discount - so that you can try new products without breaking the bank. After the launch week, you can still shop an amazing collection of indie beauty at full price. They carry the line Deep Sea Cosmetics which focuses on water nourishing the skin and even healing the most serious psoriasis, acne, and cellulite. Antioxidants, vitamins and herbal extracts work together to improve the appearance of your natural radiance.

The Dead Sea Refined Wrinkle Filler is one of my new go to products. This treatment uses Peptides Complex, vitamins and Helloguard to smooth surface wrinkles. The result is a youthful glow where wrinkles are barely there. I also use the Dead Sea Facial Peeling Gel once a week. This little miracle worker boosts cell renewal, exfoliates dead skin, purifies and moisturizes the skin. I really feel like my pores are non-existent after one use of this stuff!

I teamed up with Gloss 48 to offer you these products at a great sale price! Take advantage my friends!

Wednesday Wear: Black on Black

Photos by Marianne Andres
When it comes to running around the city in the Winter, I don't always want to be wearing a huge, puffy coat to stay warm. I like to try and stay fashionable by layering pieces together. I had endlessly been searching for the perfect faux leather coat when I stumbled upon this single one on sale at 50% off in H&M. It was a great fit and actually quite durable. My infinity scarf or snoopie as I like to stay is my savior every time I go outside which was another steal at $15 in Target. My boots are such a nice balance between chic and sensible and can even make it through some snow. Bundle up kids; Mother Nature can be cruel.

Planet London

All photos by MARIANNE ANDRES
If there was one thing that pulled me chicly through fall and now, its been my navy, classic Planet London overcoat. The style easily takes me from day to night. Its very lightweight but the durable fabric keeps me quite warm when wearing it through the crazy Boston weather. I truly love this coat. The silhouette is so flattering and navy was a great stray from typical black.

Planet London, which has been designed exclusively in the UK, captures that elegant glam British style - from quilted puffer coats to classic wool overcoats. Think Kate Moss, Sienna Miller and Gwyneth Paltrow. This is the brand’s first outerwear collection created exclusively for the US while designed in the UK, using only the finest quality fabrics.

The collection includes quilted jackets, faux fur lined wool coats, and textured overcoats in neutral shades such as black, navy, and camel, as well as a pop color in cherry red. All of the pieces feature unique and distinctive trims and finishings, such as gold hardware and zippers, leather piping, and statement buttons.
You can find the coats here at Lord and Taylor. By the way, they are on sale!!!!

Obsession: Kate Spade

This holiday season, Kate Spade was banging out some pretty impressive goods. I am always frequently visiting the Newbury store and the new added Saturday in the Prudential. Always on the hunt for the perfect bag and wallet, I scored some goods I just adore.

My Mini A Satchel is my new best friend. Its the perfect size for trecking through the city and being able to fit all my necessities. Not only is it a cross body but you can carry it with its charming little handles. The gold dots add just the right unexpected touch without being too overwhelming.

I must admit, I have a wallet fetish. I keep searching for the right size, durability, and chicness. I spotted this glittered bad boy months ago on Kate Spade and when it went 60% off I knew it was meant to be. Rose gold and sparkly, its so easy to keep organized which is hard for me to do. I love the adorable dots inside that match my bag. They are a perfect match.

Monday Muse: Cameron Diaz

The look of love suits her. This number is casual but the blazer and bag pull it all together.
Cameron Diaz has had quite the year while always maintaining to look fabulous at 42. With one hit movie after another,  she also managed to find love with her fiance,  Benji Madden. I just love her style and the way she wears clothes. She is simple yet chic and always throwing her own personal touch on each outfit. This year was no exception. Love looks good on her.
I love everything about this look. Diaz is one of the few that could pull it off.
I feel like I could wear this look anywhere. The stripes break everything up nicely.
Diaz never forgets the perfect finishing touch like those hot shoes. They take it up a notch.
Basic but chic and perfect for the airport.
The perfect take on the LBD.
Va Va Va Voom!

Taylor Swift's Blank Space: Look for Less

Everyone is talking about Taylor Swift's new video, "Blank Space", from her hit album 1989. The song is pretty catchy but the fashion in the video is right on point.  Glamorous and full of luxury, Swift pulls off every ensemble perfectly. These beautiful pieces must cost a pretty penny so here are a few budget-friendly options if you're looking to recreate the looks.
Taylor is getting back at her lover in this cream two-piece outfit. Try something similar like this sexy cut-out dress from ASOS.

Nothing is hotter than a leopard dress with sky high heels and a red lip. This Vince Camuto is almost identical to Taylor's at a quarter of the price.

Revenge is even better when you look this good. This baby blue dress is simple yet stunning and can take you from day to night. For the next best thing, try on this one from The Limited.
